- The civil construction Sub Business Unit (SBU) consists of: road and bridge, irrigation, transportation infrastructure, and manpower. Currently, the Civil Construction SBU is not purely a contractor, but an adequate support Engineering Team that has carried out Design and Built works starting from the planning process to construction.The projects that it carried out included: the Cilacap Steam-powered Power Plant (PLTU) Coal Jetty, the Laut Island Wood Chip Jetty, the Manggarai Flood Canal Removable Trashrack.Road, Toll Road and Bridge Sub-BusinessThe road, toll road and bridge construction sub-business line covers: the constructions of roads, toll roads and railways, including the construction of flyovers and underpasses. - Cikubang-Tol Cipularang West Java Fly Over, a bridge with the tallest pillars in Indonesia in 2005

- The Klambu Movable Dam Barrage in 1991 and the SerayuMovable Dam in Central Java in 1995, and the Wonorejo Reservoir in Tulungagung, East Java, in 1998.
- In 2009, WIKA has and is carrying out several projectsincluding: the East Flood Canal, Normalisation of Ciliwung-Cisadane River, Jakarta, Normalisation of Bengawan Solo River, Gonggang Dam, Kedung Brubus Dam, Lodan Dam, Central Java, Amandit Dam in South Kalimantan, Floor Control Development in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, and Jatigede Dam in Sumedang, West Java.

Some projects completed are, among others, the Permata Berlian Apartment and the Belezza Apartment. This year, the Company’s work include the construction of the Paragon City Mall and Hotel in Semarang, the Adhi Wangsa Mall and Apartment in Surabaya, the Solo Paragon Mall and Apartment in Solo, and the Lucky Square in Bandung.Residential Sub-Business.
- Facility Building Construction Sub Business, also runs businesses in facility building construction sector by building hospitals, airports, stations, educational facilities, sport facilities, offices, shops and shopping malls, and recreation facilities. Some of the Company’s successful projects in this year include the Sahid Saherman Hospital in Jakarta and the Adi Soemamo Airport Building in Solo.
3. Industrial Plant and Energy
- In the energy field, especially electrical, has been an area of expertise since WIKA’s establishment in 1960. With a long history of success that has resulted array of projects implementation experiences in distribution network, from middle, high to extra high-voltage transmission network, and main relay station. As the first Indonesian constructor to ever worked on extra high-voltage 275 KV transmission line in Asahan – North Sumatra in 1979, WIKA has also worked on diverse transmission projects through out Indonesia, from 70 KV, 150 KV, 275 KV to 500 KV voltage, using concrete poles, steel poles, and steel tower frame.
WIKA has also completed projects related to main relay station, ranging from middle-voltage for industry and PLN needs, to high voltage. In the telecommunication field, WIKA has constructed tower and anten As part of its effort to constantly grow, WIKA manages mechanical and electrical construction services, which include the constructions of oil and gas facilities and industrial infrastructure construction.
- Oil and Gas Business, WIKA has constantly expanded its oil and gas operation especially in pipeline, tank farm, and gas terminal construction, including the construction of fuel collection station and gas processing plant. Some of WIKA’s well done projects include the Paket 14 of gasdistribution pipeline network in West Java, while the ongoing project is the Balongan-Jakarta oil-distribution pipeline project.
- WIKA has grown stronger in the industrial facilities construction sector by providing services in the industrial estates and industrial building construction, such as crude palm oil plant, bio-diesel and bio-ethanol plant, the drinking water processing plant and waste processing plant construction and factory and power plant installation. Some projects completed by WIKA include five crude palm oil (CPO), the Gresik fertilizer plant and a bio-diesel plant constructions, and nine Indocement projects. Some of the ongoing projects are the CPO plant in Malingping of West Java, and the Palimanan Cement Mill in Cirebon.
4. Energy
- The Energy SBU carry out business in the field of EPC based construction which is integrated with the scope of work starting from basic engineering design, process engineering design, procurement related to equipment and construction or the construction of planned projects, is currently still limited to EPC Power Plant, whether it is civil construction or the EPC of a Power Plant. Several projects that were and are being carried out related to power plant include : PLTU Labuhan Angin, PLTU Labuan, PLTU, Pelabuhan Ratu, PLTG Muara Karang, PLTGU Tanjung Priok dan PLTU Pacitan. PLTU Amurang 2×25 MW, IPP PLTD Bali 50 MW, IPP Pembangkit Listrik Geothermal 50 MW, PLTU Asam-Asam 2×65 MW Kalimantan Selatan
